Combination boiler

A combination boiler is like the system boiler in the fact that the heating system is sealed from the atmosphere.

 but it takes care of the hot water directly, so you have instant hot water, no need for a hot water cylinder.

The motorized valve and pump are also inside the boiler.

However, there are some exceptions.
